The FBI is investigating a shooting at Old Dominion University as an act of terrorism after a man walked into a classroom full of ROTC students and shot and killed the class leader. Officials say Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, a former soldier in the Virginia National Guard, is the suspect in the attack. He was previously arrested in 2016 and accused of providing material support to the terrorist group ISIS. NBC’s Ryan Nobles reports TODAY.
