The men, who have brought civil actions against Spacey, allege that he assaulted them between 2000 and 2013. Two of them were plaintiffs who testified at Spacey’s 2023 criminal trial in London, where he faced nine counts of sexual assault but was ultimately acquitted of all charges. A civil case against Spacey in New York was also dismissed in 2022.

The Oscar-winning actor, who was first accused of sexual assault in 2017, has denied all the allegations against him and has maintained that the incidents described in the lawsuits were not consensual.

One of the men, identified as “LNP,” accused Spacey of “deliberately” assaulting him about 12 times between 2000 and 2005.

Another accuser, who goes by “GHI,” said she first met Spacey in a workshop at the Old Vic theater in London, where the Hollywood actor was artistic director between 2004 and 2013, and “suffered psychological damage and financial loss” after the 2008 attack.

Kevin Spacey leaves the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on Oct. 6, 2022, New York City. Five years after allegations of sexual misconduct ended his Hollywood career, Spacey appeared in a New York court to face a lawsuit brought by actor Anthony Rapp, who accuses the disgraced Oscar winner of assaulting him as a child in 1986.

After these allegations, Spacey was fired from the TV show House Of Cards, where he starred as Frank Underwood for five seasons. In late 2025, he told the Telegraph that his legal troubles had left him “homeless”.

“The cost over the last seven years has been astronomical,” Spacey said. “I went in with very little and it all comes out.

“You’re passing. In a strange way, I feel like I’m back where I started, that is, I just entered where the work was. Everything is saved, and I hope that, if things continue to improve, I’ll be able to decide where I want to settle down again.

“I stay in hotels, I stay in Airbnbs, I go where the work is. I’m basically homeless, that’s what I’m trying to explain.”

At a hearing earlier this month, it was revealed that Cannon had reached an agreement with the Old Vic. At the same meeting, lawyers representing the three men argued that the testimony of seven additional witnesses alleging misconduct by Spacey should be heard at the trial, the BBC reported.

Details of settlements reached between Spacey and his accusers have not been disclosed.
